- “AI Output” means any text, image, or asset generated by AI models through the Service.

- Misrepresent AI Output as human‑created when disclosure is required by law.
- Use the Service to create or distribute harmful, deceptive, or unlawful content.
- AI Output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for certain uses. Review before relying on it.
- You are responsible for ensuring compliance when using AI Output (including intellectual property and privacy).
- Where permitted, you own the rights in User Content you provide and the AI Outputs you generate, subject to model or third‑party terms.
- The Service, including software, design, and content, is owned by Seedream 4.5 or its licensors.
- You retain rights to your User Content. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display it to provide the Service.
- We integrate third‑party AI model providers, hosting, analytics, and payment processors. Their terms may apply.
- Card data is handled by payment processors and is not stored by Seedream 4.5.
- Prices and plans may change. We will provide notice where required.
- You authorize charges to your selected payment method.

Our data practices are described in the Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you also agree to that policy.

Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the Service is limited to the amounts you paid for the Service in the 12 months before the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Seedream 4.5, its affiliates, and personnel from claims, damages, and costs arising from your use of the Service, your User Content, or violation of these Terms.
